Dear Governing Board Member:
The Governing Board Meeting is tomorrow (Tuesday, October 17th) at 1200 Noon Eastern Time. We have 1 item up for vote, at this point we do not have quorum or enough Governing Board Members registered for the meeting to achieve a quorum.
PLEASE Complete the Proxy Ballot so we can conduct Class Business - You will always have the opportunity to change your vote at the meeting. IF you take objection to the proposed amendment then PLEASE let me or David Starck know. If you have trouble with the proxy link below, please send your proxy (or abstention) via email to office@lightningclass.org and I will record your vote that way.
I have received proxy votes from the following: Bemis, Buczkowski, Cabrall, Goldman, Heller, Holly-Tardif, Lobos, Simonsen, Slade, D. Starck, Werley. In addition, I have another 6 who have registered for the Zoom and I am hopeful they will all attend.
The Masters Committee put a lot of work into this proposed amendment and it is a direct reflection of membership input. Please respect those efforts and make your voice be heard.
