On-Line Registration - Note EACH Sailor must register INDIVIDUALLY as an athlete. Select the sport of sailing, Lighting division and enter their sail number and that will distinguish each team. Registration allows each athlete to compete in up to 3 sports in 5 disciplines. So if you want to sail, play golf and pickle ball, or watch the other events, you can on the same one-time entry fee.  Note there is a discount for OH Residents and that will be applied when you register and enter your address. Registration closes June 12th.

 - Entry to Welcome Celebration (July 13)
 - Entry to PAMG Night at the Ballpark (athlete social) (July 19)
 - Entry to Farewell Celebration (July 21) Big Fireworks celebration
 - PAMG-branded gift


Dates:
Racing- July 12-14, 2024
Early Arrival begins July 10, 2024 (check in for charter boats and practice days, we will also provide coaching on the water during the practice days)

Details:

There will be three sailing disciplines offered for the Pan American Masters Games
- Single Handed- ILCA Dinghy ILCA-7 and ILCA-6 rigs
- Double Handed- PHRF multi class
- Triple Handed- International Lightning Class
Each class will have their own racing circle located off the southern coast of Lake Erie off of Downtown Cleveland

Sailing Venue:
The single handed ILCA Dinghy Classes and Triple Handed International Lightning Class will both sail out of the E55th Community Sailing Center located just east of Downtown Cleveland.  E55 Sailing Center Proposed Areas.pdf

Lightnings and Lasers will be sailed out of the East 72nd /Gordon Park public boat ramp.  There will be 2 hoists being installed in June as well as 100 feet of additional floating dock and 2 - 80 foot tents and fencing. This area will be closed as a public ramp starting in July. Cleveland MetroParks system and Cleveland police will be there with 24 hour security. There will also be nice porta potty trailers brought on site. There will be food trucks on site in the morning and after racing. DJ Music, etc. Nick says the atmosphere at the event site will be really nice. 

Charter Boats:
We will need some help in securing charter boats. Anyone interested in chartering or helping to organize charters please contact Nick Turney. 

Social Events:
- Food and beverage trucks will be onsite and available each day after racing
- Food and beverage specials will be offered from local bars and restaurants throughout downtown Cleveland during the Pan American Masters Games
- Pan American Masters Games 2024 Opening Ceremonies will be Saturday Evening July 13, 2024
- Awards will follow after racing is complete on Sunday July 14th, 2024
