This summer, the International Lightning Class Association will provide two boats to promising young sailors like you! Now in its 14th year, the program covers regatta entry fees, some travel expenses, and a knowledgeable mentor to get you started.

You will enjoy the best equipment and will meet some really fun people! The program eliminates the financial barriers in organizing a race team and provides sailors over the age of 19 the opportunity to focus on learning a new boat in a competitive Class that has been the starting point for many of the very best racers in the World!
