Governing Board Winter Meeting Notice

The Governing Board Winter Meeting of the International Lightning Class Association will be held virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 1200 Eastern Time. 
 
One item has been proposed for vote: Reclassification of Pymatuning Fleet 36 from the OH District to the Lake Erie District. Read the Resolution Changing District Assignment of Fleet 36
 
Proxy Ballots have been emailed to Governing Board Members. If you are a District Commodore, Vice President or Executive Committee Member and have not received a proxy ballot please notify the Class Office as soon as possible.
 
As a reminder, all personal and Fleet Membership Dues must be current in order for votes to be counted.
 
This email serves as notice per the Class constitution.

The Annual Winter Meeting of the International Lightning Class Association (ALL MEMBERS) will be held virtually via Zoom on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 1100 Eastern Time. 
 
Two items are up for vote/approval. These amendments have been proposed to improve the operational efficiency and accurately reflect the operations of the ILCA. Please review the PDF documents: 
 
 
Proxy Ballots will be emailed to Fleet Captains on record. If you are a Fleet Captain and have not received a proxy ballot please notify the Class Office as soon as possible.
 
As a reminder, all personal and Fleet Membership Dues must be current in order for votes to be counted.
